UPDATE (8/22/09) – The NCAA announced two date changes for the 2010 tournament. They are reflected below. Spokane moved to Friday/Sunday (March 19 and 21). Oklahoma City switched to Thursday/Saturday (March 18 and 20).

- PROVIDENCE - Dates: Thursday and Saturday – March 18 & 20. Venue: Dunkin Donuts Center. Host: Big East Conference | Providence College.
- SAN JOSE - Dates: Thursday and Saturday – March 18 & 20. Venue: HP Pavilion. Host: San Jose State University.
- SPOKANE – Dates: Friday and Sunday – March 19 & 21. Venue: Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena. Host: Washington State University.
- BUFFALO – Dates: Friday and Sunday – March 19 & 21. Venue: HSBC Arena. Host: MAAC Conference | Canisius | Niagara.
- JACKSONVILLE – Dates: Friday and Sunday – March 19 & 21. Venue: Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. Host: Jacksonville University.
- MILWAUKEE - Dates: Friday and Sunday – March 19 & 21. Venue: Bradley Center. Host: Marquette University.

- SALT LAKE CITY – West Region. Dates: Thursday and Saturday – March 25 & 27. Energy Solutions Arena. Host: University of Utah.
- ST. LOUIS – Midwest Region. Dates: Friday & Sunday – March 26 & 28. Venue: Edward Jones Dome. Host: Missouri Valley Conference.
